east until you reach the N18. Drive south on the N18
following signs for Limerick. From Shannon Airport,

Information Desks
The Shannon Airport Information Desk is located in the
Arrivals Concourse. It is opening hours are between
06.00am to 23.00pm daily. There is also a Tourist
Information Desk situated in the Arrivals Hall which is
open from 07.00am to 17.30pm. The Staff there can assist
with Irish travel programmes and hotel bookings. Maps
and tourist guide books are available for purchase.
Banking and ATMs
A Bank of Ireland with Bureau de Change facilities is
located at the Arrivals Concourse of Shannon Airport.
The Bank opens from 10.00am - 16.00pm on Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and from 10.00am - 17.00pm on
Thursday. Additional Bureau de Change are located in the
Check-In Area, Customs Hall and Departures Lounge.
Shannon Airport has three ATMs. These are located at the
Arrivals Concourse, Check-In Area and Departures Lounge.
Postal Services
A Postal Box is situated in the Arrivals Hall next to
the Londis Shop. Stamps may be purchased in Londis.
Food and Drink
Shannon has a restaurant and two bars. The Estuary Café/Restaurant
is situated on the 1st floor of the Departures Terminal
and is open from 07.00am to 18.00pm. Also located on the
1st floor is The Pub Upstairs and is open from 10.00am
to midnight daily. A wide variety of drinks and hot food
are available. The Sheridan bar is open 24 hrs a day and
serves drinks and snacks. It is located in Shannon's
Departure Lounge.
Shopping
After Check-In and Security, Shannon has Duty Free shops
selling a wide variety of liquor,tobacco, gifts, luxury
items, travel accessories and confectionery.
Disabled Facilities
Shannon has excellent disabled facilities throughout the
airport. These include disabled toilets, lifts,
escalators, payphones and snack machines with alow level
coin deposit.
